Newly promoted PR Account Manager, Jenna Vernon, is celebrating the New Year with a new job title following completion of her fast-track management training scheme.

Jenna graduated from the University of Chester in 2010 with a BA Hons in Communication Studies with Creative Writing and began a full-time position at de Winter the day after her last exam! After just six months and at only 22, she was hand-picked to join the agency's fast-track management training scheme.

Kate Cox, Managing Director at de Winter says: "Jenna showed huge amounts of resourcefulness and has a great passion for excellent communication. She used her initiative to get her foot in the door here at the agency, and it was clear from the outset that she has a huge appetite to further herself and the agency.

"We're very proud of her achievements here to date. She is a very valued member of the team here and we can't wait to see what 2012 brings!"

Jenna says of her promotion: "I'm so excited to start the New Year in a new role at de Winter and to be a part of the expanding and award winning team; it's such an exciting time to be part of de Winter!
