Adoption Matters
Northwest is our longest standing client. Our associated stretches
back 17 years and we've produced the organisation's annual reports
for 14 consecutive years!
In the wake of a
successful National Adoption Week campaign last November, the
agency has this month been receiving a huge amount of press
coverage!
Chief Executive
Norman Goodwin has been featured on The Politics Show, BBC Radio
Manchester and The Observer within the space of a few weeks.
We are delighted
to see such fantastic levels of exposure for one of our clients,
and his positioning as an expert of choice on the current debates
about adoption in the wake of the closure of a leading Manchester
agency.
Norman also chairs
The Consortium of Voluntary Adoption Agencies (CVAA) which has been
encouraging local authorities to make more use of the
professionalism, experience and cost-effectiveness which is
available from the voluntary agencies.
The CVAA and
Adoption Matters Northwest now hope that these issues can raise
awareness on a national scale of the 4,500 children still in care,
and in need of a new family.
